What We are about

The vision of Thirty3 Fitness is to repaint what has become the common "image of fitness."  Our bodies are amazingly complex; designed and capable of so much more than taking gym selfies.  We aim to find the intrinsic motivator that will ignite your inner athlete.  We use the gym to push you further in your adventures and not be the end destination.

Thirty3 Fitness utilizes a functional training method focusing on movement quality first, laying down a solid foundation to build muscle and burn fat. We combine the training program with whole food nutrition to make your body healthier, leaner, and stronger. This knowledge is delivered to you with a tested understanding of how to develop new healthy habits, which builds into lasting results.

Travis

After years of training in big box gyms and now studios, my specialties are functional movement for athletic performance and body composition transformations.  In my personal fitness story, the drive to perform better in the mountains is what keeps me motivated.  Always preparing in the gym for my next season such as snowboarding, hunting, fly fishing, and backpacking.
